What does it cost the building?
Nothing. We supply, stock and service the fridge. It plugs into a standard outlet and uses about as much power as a commercial drinks fridge.
How much space and power does it need?
About 30″ wide × 26″ deep for our larger model (about 23″ wide for the compact one), a level floor and one standard 120 V outlet. It has built-in cellular, so no Wi-Fi is needed.
Who restocks it, and how often?
We do, usually once or twice a week, based on live inventory. Each visit includes cleaning and date checks.
What if it breaks?
The fridge reports issues to us automatically. We respond within 24 hours and work to fix it fast. If cooling ever fails, we remove perishables right away.
What about theft?
The door stays locked until a valid card is tapped, and every session is recorded. Any loss is our risk, not yours.
What products do you stock? Can we choose?
Cold drinks, energy drinks, protein, snacks and quick meals. We build the mix with you, can leave out anything you don't want, and adjust it based on requests and sales.
How do people pay?
With a tap of a credit card or phone. Receipts are automatic. No cash is needed.
Is there a contract? Can we cancel?
We start with a no-commitment trial. After that, a simple agreement with 30 days' notice to cancel. If it isn't a fit, we remove the fridge at our cost and leave the space as it was.
